Welcome to The AuctionBlocks and Block's Marble Auctions. We are the oldest and largest marble auctioneers in the world. No one handles more marbles than us. As a result, you are certain to find something you want in one of our auctions. We use a variety of auction formats, including: Live On-site Auctions: Irregularly scheduled on-site traditional live auctions. None currently scheduled. Ebay Live! Auctions: Conducted two to four times per year. These are 200-300 lots of highest-quality and rarest antique, collectible and contemporary marbles, and related items that you will find on the web. We produce a full-color printed catalogue for each of these auctions. The catalogue and images are posted on this website. Bidding in these auctions is conducted live in our virtual auction room. Absentee bids can be placed by email, telelphone and fax, prior to the auction date. These auctions are also conducted simultaneously on the Ebay Live Auction system. All lots and images can be viewed on the Ebay system starting with catalogue publication. On the evening of the auction, bidding is conducted live in the Ebay Live auction room system, simultaneously with our virtual auction system. We have been conducting printed catalogue marble auctions since early 1991. CyberAuctions: We have been conducting CyberAuctions since 1996. There are currently no CyberAuctions scheduled. Ebay Auctions: We usually have 125-175 items up for auction on Ebay at any given time. In addition, there are 300-500 lots of marbles available in our Ebay Store: The Marble Collectors Corner. We post under the user id bobblocksmarbles. You can view a page with all the items posted, and their images on this website. A link is provided on each lot to the appropriate Ebay page.
