Exceedingly rare marble. I've categorized it as a banded transparent, because the construction is similar to a banded opaque. But, you could probably call it anything you like. Transparent clear base. The surface is completely covered with smeared and stretched bands and swirls of very bright colors. Colors include red, blues, yellow, greens, orange, yellow, white, lavender. Absolutely astounding marble. Unbelievable. There was a small subsurface air bubble that has been blown open. The marble must have been hit in this spot, as there is the tiniest of chips at that spot. Some pinpricking. I'll have to grade it below 9.0, but it views much better than that. 1-5/8".
